We were delighted to welcome the young European designers, winners of the latest edition of the Pro Carton Young Designers Award, to Arti Grafiche Reggiane on September 7th. The programme started at our factory as a dedicated, practical training in the field, with technical workshops, team building activities and more. The day after the young students moved to Espo & Cartotec for a further session.
After two years of pandemic, in which all such activities were suspended, we are really happy to have been able to return to normal, offering the opportunity to the most creative, talented and promising young people to experience the activity of an important reality from the inside, in a business sector that will soon see them as protagonists.
The Pro Carton Young Designers Award, promoted for years by the European association of cardboard and cartonboard manufacturers, has established itself over time as the main annual competition for young packaging design talents. Focusing solely on cartonboard, the award plays a pioneering role in promoting sustainable packaging and innovation among students across Europe.
The Pro Carton Young Designers Award will open submissions for the new edition in October 2022.
Applications will be accepted until May 2023.
